The Colinton Health Week has been a great success with our pupils enjoying having a go at a range of activities that includes fruit tasting, hockey, rugby, tae-kwon-do, tennis and an assault course specially put together by the PT instructors from Redford Barracks. Today we appreciated the good weather by trying our very best at our annual Sports Day. The winners will be announced at our end of year celebration at the Caledonian Community Centre in the last week of term.
Tomorrow we will round off health week by opening our brand new play park and, at the same time, say thank you to all the people who contribute so much the life of our school. We hope to have some photos to share with you here very shortly.

Something for the weekend…Festival of Cycling
The first-ever Edinburgh Festival of Cycling starts on Saturday 15 June and runs until the following Sunday (23 June). There’s a whole range of events – group bike rides, family bike rides, mountain bike trails, SkyRide, barbeques – and many of them are free to take part in.
